Accommodation at our Luxury Assisted Living Home for Women is $3,500 per resident monthly for semi-private accommodation or $4,750 monthly for a private suite. Short stays are $195 per resident per night semi-private or $275 per night private, with a seven-night minimum ($1,365 or $1,925). Refundable security deposits are $500 for short stays and $1,000 for long-term stays, separate from the 25% short-stay reservation advance. Accommodation includes three chef-prepared meals daily with fruits and vegetables, snacks, housekeeping, laundry and shared amenities. Personal care and overnight caregiver coverage are not included. Residential support arrangements remain subject to applicable licensing requirements, assessment, staffing and a written agreement.

How long can someone stay?
Short stays require seven consecutive nights. Standard check-in is 3 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m. Eastern Time. Dates and extensions require written confirmation.
What is included in the accommodation rate?
A furnished room, three chef-prepared meals daily with fruits and vegetables, snacks, housekeeping, laundry, shared living spaces, games and entertainment, and a furnished patio in a peaceful home on approximately 3½ acres. Seasonal pool access and scheduled bonfires depend on availability and individual suitability. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. Personal care and overnight caregiver coverage are excluded from accommodation pricing.
